Do you have an image to hand? If so, go to how to upload an image, and I'll assist you from there.

Your favourite five acts

If we exclude Das Rheingold, and allow acts to include any prelude that gives 27 to choose from. I've also assumed nobody is going to choose something from the first 3 operas. You don't have to put them in order, but please, only 5. Feel free to explain your choices.

Re: Other Forums You are Member of

Well besides the obvious site where I am Fritz Kobus, I am also a member of a the Beethoven Reference Site forums but rarely visit or post there and am a member of OperaLively. I know only too well that websites can take a while to gain some momentum and I'm happy to feed in some random posts at this stage. However if you value the idea of a forum primarily for fans of Wagner it's in y...

Elizabeth Schwarzkopf

I'm currently listening to Elizabeth Schwarzkopf "portrays Romantic Heroines" LP with Christa Ludwig as her mezzo foil as she sings from Tannhauser and Lohengrin. It's typical Schwarzkopf I guess, with emphasis on text and beauty of tone, and of course her sweet vibrato is all over it. By no means m...

Re: Other Forums You are Member of

Ok I admit to not reading the forum rules carefully and many forums forbid mentioning competing music sites, so I am only going to mention non-music sites for now, but if TalkWagner says it is okay, I'll list the few music sites too. I didn't know there were forum rules! Must be a default document ...
